Corporate Background

Bulk Solutions was Incorporated in Florida as an S-Corp in July of 1998.  It was the organizers’ initial vision that the activities of the new corporation be limited primarily to providing consulting services for specialized bulk projects involving equipment design, systems, and bulk transfer facilities.  With time, that vision has grown to include additional focus on a variety of similar and inter-related fields, such as real estate, international transportation, third party logistics, terminal auditing, etc.
