Corporate Background

Bulk Solutions is headquartered in Lakeland, FL, a rapidly growing community between Tampa and Orlando. The company was incorporated in Florida in July of 1998 as an S-Corp, and since then has been providing “Solutions for Puzzling Bulk Distribution Problems.”

The organizer’s initial vision was to provide consulting, administrative and equipment design/bulk transfer facility solutions for the distribution of bulk liquid products. Since that time our vision has grown to include a strong emphasis in world-wide third party logistics services and overseeing and coordinating the distribution of products of all kinds as well as activities in real estate and terminal auditing.
