Bulk Solutions has vast experience in the development and layout of terminals utilized for the transfer of product from rail cars to tank trailers for delivery to the end user or transfer into tank containers for international shipment, including direct transfer from rail cars to ship tanks. (See pictures below) In addition to the services outlined in the Consulting Services section, expertise specific to Bulk Transfer Facility development over the years includes:

 Terminal layout including trackage, buildings and roadways

Work with rail carriers to insure that their specific requirements are met

Determine specific equipment requirements for the products to be transferred

Financing/leasing/venture capital available

Provide marketing and administrative services for the terminal upon completion
